I cant register with Pandora.com because i live outside the USA i live in the UK?
last.fm is very similar.
Their recommender system is based on user input rather than professional musicians, so it does a few weird things like playing DJ Sammy when you search for happy hardcore.
Also, check out this link for why pandora is no longer global. Crazy US politicians. They now charge higher rights fees for internet radio than commercial radio stations. http://broadcaster.pandora.com/dm?id=1A4... That's just backwards.
