Can i signup for an Xbox Live account from the site?, and then use it on my 360 without signin up from the console itself? if so how?

You can signup for Xbox Live from www.xbox.com by registering on the website for a login. You can then use that account on your Xbox 360 but you will have to recover your Gamertag onto it to use it (with the username and password you registered with).
