?? Im not really understanding your question. To block it, download a website blocker, or if you've got an Anti Virus / Anti Spyware software on your PC, see if it has Block List, or Bad List or something. And if your trying to unblock a site maybe your work or something has blocked your Network from seeing it and in that case I dont think theres much you can do.

I hope you mean the msn spaces. And you want to remove that i guess. All you have to do is goto

http://spaces.live.com

there on top you see a button called your space. Click that and sign in. There click option button onto right, from the drop down click space settings and at the bottom you will see a link clear my space. click that and it will clear all your blog and photos and the url will be deleted after 60 days.
